He's based on the BA Special Character Apothecary Corbulo, with chalice and sword replaced by metal termie lightning claws, some putty work, and Commander Dante's metal jump pack. Needless to say, he's the heaviest 28mm tall mini around with all that metal (the jump pack is huge).
The snowy base is the first one I've ever done...it happened by accident; after finishing the mini I had left the base white and was so used to seeing it that way I puttied it up, painted it white and added super-fine white sand.

Excellent conversion work and the snow effect is well executed. The only issue I have is that I think the blood drops on the chest and leg pads need finishing off in a different colour - but that's just my opinion. | |
