This is Games Workshop miniature of Mordheim Special Character, Elf called Aenur. I got this miniature with White Dwarf 238 (when Mordheim game was published) and the miniature was never available in shops, the only way to get it was via GW Mail Order department.
The rules for this guy say that it is unknown whether he is originally High Elf or Wood Elf. The book says he wears a cloak that makes him look like leaves falling in the wind. I wanted to get such image of the cloak, and so I painted his cloak in neutral grey color and over that I painted small leaves, mostly red and brown.
To make him something special, I added his name to the base, which I painted using same typeface as used in the Mordheim rulebook.
In November 1999 I have won Single 28mm Miniature category in Warlord's Brush competition in Prague with this miniature.
Rating: 8 Have to agree with Finn17 on this one. An elf in a cloak with a sword, typical GW originality. The paint job is more like a 7 but I'll give you an extra point for the original paint scheme, nice work there.
