This miniature is one of the funnest miniatures I have ever painted. I did a lot of research on Mandrills to get the colors correct. I know that Howlers are supposed to be white, but in this case, it just screamed at me for a darker coat color. Also I like how the darker coat brings out the color of his face and claws.
Rating: 10 I if hs only one arm it's not a whole miniature. But this is a whole miniature. A very goo miniature at that. I love the nose. The fur is excellent as well. I have been looking at the 100 Kingdom minis. I think I'm, going to have to buy some. Much to my wifes chagrin.
Rating: 10 Who cares if it has 1 arm or 1000, this mini is awesome!! Such a classy sculpt and some good paint too. How can you beat killer monkeys? Must make an army of primeapes that are much cooler then Planet of the Apes...
Rating: 7 Really nice, and the bright contrasts really well with the darker coat. Bit difficult to make out the eye though. And is it just me, or has it only got the one arm?
