Rating: 9 I see this picture as a parody of a dwarf general. It has all the elements. A real goblin-way to mock your enemy! Really funny, actually. A great idea!
Rating: 8 Every good general knows the most efficient use of your men is to have two occupied by holding a third on a shield while he struggles to maintain balance. That's a miscast waiting to happen. Still, it's a very attractive model. I like it. And it is "true" that Goblins cannot hold a lot of weight, but it's also "true" that Goblins do not weigh a lot.
Rating: 8 Poor mage. He's trying to look all dramatic and important while he has clumsy henchmen trying to even him out. Is that why he looks so angry?
Rating: 9 This is one of the best I've seen based on goblins. The pose doesn't affect my ratings at all since alot of other minis were also not sculpted with propotion in mind. Really interesting piece to look at.
Rating: 7 This piece is really cool. I'd like to give it a 6.5 and the reason why ... the goblin looks like he'd fall off of the shield. First off, the shield is way too slanted and he's not holding on with any "determination" (the dagger just doesn't do it). Then that giant staff at such an angle... goblins couldn't be that strong! Little late to do the fix, but that's my suggestion. It'd give it an 8-9 if it was posed better!
