I opted for the old classic "Liche Purple" for this guy. It makes you wonder, though, doesn't it? Who was the first liche to wear purple, and make it so all encompassing that liches the world over are now associated with purple, and purple is associated with liches? Why not "Liche Aqua" or "Liche Plaid"? I think Half-Orcs have the lock on plaid, so maybe that answers that.
This was an experiment in object source lighting. I generally prefer the more subtle uses of that technique, which is why this guy isn't flooded with green light over the whole right side of his body. I also painted on a stitching pattern on his cloak to give it more interest. Just had to break up the stereotype of overwhelming Liche Purple! Ack!
I love his expression. It's like he's standing at a counter, hissing, "Ummm, well... yesss... I definitely want fries with that... Is the chicken Atkins approved?"
