This is the limited edition French White Dwarf figure given away as a premium with issue 100 (I think) of the French White Dwarf magazine. It is by Games Workshop and sculpted by Juan Diaz. Nice paintjob by the way, the colours are nice and subtle and the axe has a very worn and realistic look to it. Great job!
