This is one of Rackhams Devourer minis and one of my absolute favourites! I painted him for Spacemunkies Groundforge painting competition. I have gone for a very muted colour scheme with this guy, and used Kittykat's patented furry wolfen technique on his musculature to give him a slightly shaggy look.

This was the first time I used Testors Dull Cote! OMG now THAT gives a matt finish! I dont think i'll ever use anything else

tooshy 06-Dec-04 #113186		Rating: 10 Hmmm... I already commented on this when it was first posted, but it seems to have disappeared I've seen this model in the 'flesh' and it's simply gorgeous. The muted tones and the Kitty-kats fur technique really make him standout. The chequers on the weapon look fantastic. The best bit though is his face - extremely realistic. Wouldn't want to meet him on a dark night Lovely work
