There's not supposed to be bits of snow all over him but it does give the impression he's been charging around through it.
This guys been painted for gaming and it was my first proper attempt at blending, on the white, so it could be better. Not much point going to crazy for a gaming piece though.

I disagree with your thoughts on the snow. In this case there is a bit of loose snow around which would not be there normally and makes it look a bit untidy. I should have had a closer look before taking th picture. The angle also make it look like the Juggie is leaning to the left. |

You have done a good job on this mini. But a small advice from me: Although it seems realistic to add snow to the mini it is a bad idea. It will make it look uneven and therefore worse. It works with dirt, just not white snow | |
