Impressive, simple impressive. The checkerboard and danger striping have no flaws I can see, and the shading on the armor, expecially the Imperial Eagles are superb. As for the helmet, the eyes have it. Wow. I wish there was a 9.5, the only thing keeping it short of a 10 is the flocking. Maybe some 'static grass' or 'sand & gravel' in one or two small spots would give it that extra 'umph' it deserves. Bravo. |

Wow, this really is a great standard for an entire army to be painted at! The blues are really well blended, my only slight beef being that it is a little rough in places. That aside, this is a beauty of a RaF (Rank and File) miniature. |

Rene, you deserve a better score than the 7.0 currently posted. As you say SM's are getting a hammerig on the site however this is an excellent example of how to paint the damn things well (& you say this is a table top piece). |

Nice! I wish i had the patience to paint like this for tabletop troops. Very nice bleding on the sholder pads and thighs. Subtle but realistic. Good Job! |
