She looks too much like Ruth Buzzi for me to chase after her but she is waving to two suitors (not shown) that are chasing her with flowers and chocolates.
Oh, and also because she is just a minature; another Pax Limpopo miniature . . .
Rating: 7 I'm trying to ignore the fact that the wheel has no spokes.
There is a problem with scale in that her legs could not possibly reach the pedals.
Looks like a fun mini though.
