I'm not sure what the name of this guy is, but he's from WestWind productions, from their Chaos in Cairo line. I tried something new with this one; I saw him, bought him, and ran home and painted him while I was still enthusiastic. I finished him in under two hours, so it seemed to have worked. The only problem is that it then took me three weeks to base him! I was going for "ghostly spectre rising up from a fog", but the base didn't come out quite the way I'd have hoped. This is the first model I have posted before clear coating, which seems to have made a world of difference. That, and my photography skills are improving.
