This little guy was one of the reason I chose Cryx for my Warmachine army. The skull didn't come out as good as I'd liked, but I was very happy with the cloth. This was done about four months ago and was maybe my second attempt at highlighting. The base is a precast that I pre-painted before attaching the model.

OK, the glosscoat really doesn't do this any favors - it makes it really hard to gauge the quality of your painting. I'm sure you do it for gaming durability but consider taking photos BEFORE you varnish your minis... | |
