The skin was painted over 6 years ago.I remember I spent an enormous amount of time trying to get the best result.Then I gave up because it was a too time expending procedure(1st layer+2nd layer+3rd layer+....+Nth layer!).But it was a pity to left this model unpainted and I caught the occasion of a birthday gift to finish it last week.One of my best works.I hope it may be a source of inspiration for you!

nice. the mini is painted very well; all of those layers payed off. i dont, however, like the base - the flora and the stance on the log are no good. spend some time making a nice, realistic base and this mini could easily jump up by a whole point. | |
