This was my first foray into GW plastics and I have to say it was a lot of fun. Much more fun to convert than metal models. I really wanted a dynamic pose, something more interesting than the "standing in place" pose most of them have, or the "falling forward" pose. It turned out well enough to get the Gold Demon in the 40k Single category at Baltimore 2005.

Astador 19-May-05 #133698 | | Rating: 10 Top notch. I hope I don't have to try to place against you in Chicago this summer. Keep up the good work! Oh, and welcome to the B&C, I don't want to post over there right now, so I have to say it here.
Cheers,
FLIP. |
Micha 19-May-05 #133679 | | Rating: 10 A truly impressive and unique pose, I agree we´ve seen quite a few 'leaping' spacemarines. The color choice is excellnet, I really like the green-blue color and the in6ense, soft NMM. All in all a great piece and a well-deserved demon. | |
