This is the Gabriella, Warmaiden #2589 in teh REaper, DArk Haven Legends line. I based her on the Swanmays, a group of female Rangers who had the ability to morph into a swan from the old D&D books.
I tried some NMM techniques with metallic paint on her to try and show off the sword a bit. I am really happy with the way it turned out.
Rating: 6 It looks like you've got the eye for a colour-scheme and it also seems the techniques are in ready to be used...I'd suggest some better brushes and a slight dilution of your paints! Treat yourself to some top brushes, it'll be worth it!

The white parts of the armor look good, but the metal parts look rough and pitted.
Were they drybrushed over black? You can get a smoother look by treating the metalic paint as though it weren't metalic and just blend in other colors (or different metalics) to go from dark to light.
Rating: 6 face is decent, hair needs some finer details, maybe fine drybrushing, sword doesnt look overly metal or nmm, not sure bout that. leg armour paint looks a bit thick or maybe thats the sculpt not sure. base and overall colour scheme seem to be fine. just some fine sharp details need to be added.
