This is a great idea. I also saw someone build a box like this, but skipped the vellum, and just threw a bed sheet over the structure.

Great tut Liz. Did something similar myself, nut used normal A4 paper. Not as good but did a similar job.

Excellent article. Really easy to understand and to the point. Good pictures aswell. Will try to find the materials in the UK. Those frames look cool, really sturdy

@sg2009; That's a question for someone who is better at photography than I because it involves settings and stuff that I'm not very good at yet. I use daylight bulbs but I use the same lamps for painting and the daylight bulbs help.
@Roger; You've been a good influence on my spelling.

brilliant i trying to make one of these so this really helps. thank you liz. one question the lights, do they have to have daylight bulbs or can they be just normal ones ???
