Samurai Showdown 2004 painting contest

Greetings all.

I've been pretty quiet here of late working on dark age celts, and not doing much display quality work, but I've been inspired to a new project, that of doing some samurai figures.

I've decided that since I've been so into samurai things so much of late, with a bunch of recent movies, working on my own figures, etc, that I'd have a little themed showcase/contest to celebrate it.

With that, I give you all an invitation to Samurai Showdown 2004.

I've created a yahoo group to manage it through, so if you are interested, please pop on over and join up, take a look at the rules, and paint up a brave warrior for the showcase.
