These will not be accompanied with rules or cards because the team is working on releasing Confrontation Phoenix as soon as they can.

So the golems will have rules in Confrontation Phoenix at some point?

Do you get a base and will the models be packed in a tray? Also is there a differance in the extra parts that comes with both models?

Will this kit have a general release in plastic once the Phoenix edition is released?

No real size information, so hard to imagine the mini size, but I believe that the price is really too high. It is a pity to have such nice model at this price level, I realize that multiple part must be casted in high quality resin, but at this level it creates an entry barrier which is a bit too high so many people will not be able to afford it.

It's a joke ? For 150$ you can only built one of the option ??? It should have been normal to get the multiples possibilities in the same box, to aload customer to make the version of their choice, and not spent 300$ for having the good arms and the good head...

      just a shame...

As in plan to make a dwarf warband some day I'd have loved to acquire such an appealing model. Alas this time I can not afford it. I guess they will never sell out (many cheaper models did not) so I'll wait for the inevitable price drop.
I have a bunch of Rackham metals at home, I've always supported them and will support Legacy (if it woths it) locally but the entry barrier is too high. I agree about the multi options aspect. Both golem options should, at least, have been included at such a high price.

love the models and was getting ready to buy both until I saw the price..... WOW. Is the high price due to licensing fee, or something of that nature?

While I figure the money will go toward the further development of the game and company, they are about the same size of the flesh golem and hydra which where at a much more affordable price range. I hope they realize this and fix this to be at least a closer price to the hydra. Like $100-$120 range. Cause I mean Privateer press' Colossals are $140 and there almost twice the size as the golems. These look a little bigger than a normal heavy warjack. Regardless of that these look wonderful and everyone at Legacy Keep up the good work.

References Photos: Rackham Open 2006 in Paris

I have decided to post this article after having reviewed old photos from the Rackham Open in Paris in 2006. At that time, most figures were not yet on the market and it was astounding to see the amount of work the Rackham artists put into the figurines and the large scale decors.

The photos were taken through glass displays, so at times the objective of my digital... read more

A box workstation for painting: design process and bodging carpentry

A box workstation for painting: design process and bodging carpentry

This is an article about what I did, in the hope that some of it may be useful to you, but it's not an article meant to tell you what to do. It's meant as an encouragement for you to think logically about problem solving, and to think sensibly through a project to end up with something that serves your needs well, but has not cost you a fortune in money or time. The aim is to get the job done, and then get back to your painting and gaming. The project here is to build a box for paints and equipment, but most of its principles will be equally applicable to any other project in wood, such as gaming tables and scenery.

Throughout the article I'll use the format of picture first, followed... read more
