Newbie, please be gentle

Here are the first three Uruks from 15-20 I'm going to place in my Cirith Ungol tower. No bright colours - only dark robs and dusty leather. Please don't mind the bases as I'll get rid off them as the tower itself will be finnished.

I made this small diorama about a month ago. I focused on painting and background leaving minis just as they came in the box. It was a pleasure to deal with Mordor Siege Bow, though I guess, wariors of Minas Tirith won't think so    

I painted this mini about six months ago, but I thought that Gandalf the White looks like Santa Claus more than any other of my models Marry Christmas and Happy New Year!

   

I was excited about making an unusual Warior of Minas Tirith - a trapped hero or a furious berserk, so to say. Converted him from the archer as on the bottom photo by cutting his arms, quiver and sculpting new head. I didn't make the base because I still have no idea how to use this guy. Maybe I'll place him on a small diorama surrounded by enemies or he will become a part of a bigger scene. I don't know yet.
