This minis have a size of more or less 3,6-3,7mm from the top of the head to the feet (Fenryll Minis are a little bigger that the standart size )

I dont know any chemical substance(except acid) who can corrode the Green stuff when it is dry. Your friend can peel of his paint without problem with acetone or white spirit.

The color of the green stuff depend of the quantity of the 2 componement that you mix (you can do very fine details if you put more yellow part).
