Here's the measures I did when I was having my bases made for Project Teknes

Measurements:

30mm base – inside diameter – 23mm – inside depth – 2.5mm
40mm base – inside diameter – 33mm –...

I would recommend the plain ole super glue as the plastic cement does not hold as well as it should. I have not used Tenax or any other plastic glue myself.
