Been cracking on with Ghazghkull, tring out new techniques and using more appropriate pallets for the various elements, finding little use for my citadel shades these days....
Can't wait to see it taking shape, bird riding fairy turned out great!
From big to small, tried a different approach to painting this model, it's an attempted copy of the same mini by Alexander Kataurov.
Definitely learned a lot in the process!

Yeah forget the light (ish) just make it look good for starters, that does look much better and I would say the brightest bits are fine but try and darken the browns it will make it look shinier....
