  1. Bonus victory points for legendary stats ruining the strategy?

Don't get me wrong, I really like this game. I even have started painting the models (pictures on CMON).

I've read a lot that the game is very strategic and there are multiple strategies that can...

Regarding brushes hitting the lamp ... I break the last 3 or so inches off them. Not only do I find them more comfortable but also they won't hit anything.

The best thing is a strong lamp. If it's not lit well, you'll never see the mini properly no matter how good your eyes are.

Personally, I use one of those lamps with a magnifying glass on them. I...

Sounds to me like you're just doing it too thick.

    I don't care.

If people are doing that just to get a high score on an anonymous mini painting site than a) they must live pretty sad lives; and b) they are only cheating themselves.

Hit the nail on the head.

It's a bit much to be annoyed at the photographer ... unless of course you explained that you wanted super-macro, highly-lit, ambient light photographs to display the...

I've been enjoying using the artists acrylics quite a lot (and yeah, I use the professional quality Liquitex range).

    One thing I...

Yes they are very thick but did you get a professional quality heavily pixelated paint? I have the opposite problem almost ... that being that I think I'm going to apply a thin translucent layer and...

Any critisism and/or advice from experienced painters is welcome.

Mounted on one Swedish Kroner (15US cents, not a bad price for a solid, heavy base).

Left to go is the grey skirt, the...

I would definitely do batch if you're painting heaps of them for the tabletop.

I do between three and five zombies at a time for Zombicide. I usually base coat them all at the same time, but after...

This used to happen to me. It just doesn't anymore. I can't really think of what I do differently, although I'm a lot more experienced now.

I suspect it used to happen because the paint was too...

Miniature paints are purpose-built and last a long time, so I don't see any need to use artist's acrylics apart from fun and experimenting.

I thought I could buy a whole heap of plastic dropper...
