It's quite difficult to make out details on the smaller photos so I can't really comment there, but looks like you are off to a good start. I would suggest toning down the blue on the skin slightly....

It turns out that trying to batch paint Tau drones is a bit of a chore, so I've done a pretty lazy 2-coat job on them and are using the nice flat top...
