I don\'t know if it comes in white Sam but I\'d recommend Hycote. I use the acrylic type, in grey.

vmc colour from an airbrush is great.
hycote white primer is cheap and good for resin.
gw\'s white spray if done lightly is quite reasonable (needs to be light enough so that the model looks grey instead of white)

I just picked up some Halford\'s Grey today, and gave it a test - perfectly nice finish on it, and for some reason doesn\'t smell half bad as the GW ones!

Dulux matt black (or white I guess, but I\'ve not actually tried that), as good as the GW and cheaper.

Go for the acrylic type for safety. Look right on the front, in the yellow bar just above where it says GREY PRIMER you\'ll see \"Acrylic Formulation\"

Hycote is as good as Halfords Primers, but not as easy to find. Been using Halfords for about 15 years without issue.

White, Black, Grey and Oxide red (on a garden gate hinge) all work well.

I don\'t own an airbrush so I can\'t offer comment.

As I say here, independent car-care places which stock paint & primer will often have Hycote.
    I don\'t live in Rotherham so I can\'t be more specific :)

I like GW primer, applied in \"puffs\" a can lasts a long time.

I don\'t know if there\'s a store near you that sells it but my local ToolZone shop sells Hycote car primer for £2.65. A lot of miniature painters like it.
