    Smile Free minis to paint

You may be aware that over at Wamp we are running a massive painting contest for charity
    http://www.wamp-forum.com/phpBB2/vie...er=asc&start=0

The main feature of the contest is the entries are auctioned off and donated to the cause but with over £1700 worth of prizes to win.
Eric (Artica) has very kindly sent a package of some minis he is donating to the campaign. They are FREE to anyone that wants to paint them up for the contest - you can have as many as you like as long as you promise to paint them up for the contest. Its an easy way to enter the contest without forking out on minis and heps a great cause, and means you can still enter without parting with your own stuff if you dont want to. If your interested then contact me and let me know which.
(i dont know the exact identities so if you happen to then please oblige!!)
they come as shown (some are just blu tacked for the photos) I can strip them of paint if required though if you can then great!
As this is for charity please try your best to paint them if you can so only ask for whats realistic for you to complete. If you have some unfinished ones then we would aim to auction them off unpainted or you could donate a nominal amount and keep any unpainted ones.
I am willing to post worldwide
    any question let me know
    cheers
    Brett

Off the cuff, I have to say yes please! I'd LOVE the Ariel(Wood Elf queen with the butterfly wings). And I wouldn't mind the Sister of Battle either.

Of course, my skills in painting are rather not known, so I'll understand if you pick someone else, but there it is.

    Vague i.d. aid...

The Harlequin front left & right are Drakul Knights, originally came with quite tall shields which I have stashed somewhere. These two are from the standard rather than command blister. I have a set, commonly refered to amongst friends as the Power Rangers I recognise the rear left & right too, they're floating about in my gaming group somewhere. I think Blacktree still sell a bunch of the range. I bought these retail in Leeds about a dozen years ago & they were painted back then too...

That Humbrol brush on acrylic matt varnish has yellowed rather

I'll take the treemen if noone wants them? Is there a deadline to the Contest?

    Cheers, Gary.

Edit: Valentines! Should have looked! Also, if you send me all the tree people, i'll make a diorama against some beastmen(i have a huge collection) See if i can sell this for a good price to give off to the charity. Once again though, if someone's already dibbed em, then by all means.
