    Ordered my two

All I need to do now is hope I haven't been too late and you sold them all and also get back to the UK and home so I can paint them up

I put a safe-guard in the code, so if I sold through on the web-site stock, it'll not let you order, so I believe yours are safe and sound !

I'd like to note that I got mine in the mail a few days ago. The figure looks great and is very well cast. Very happy!

Thought I'd show you guys an almost finished WIP shot of the next mini . Cunningly titled 'Barbarian'. Love the pose on this one!

Sheesh, nearly two months later since I last posted. Well, if luck was on my side then I would have released the second figure right at the beginning of this month and everyone would have been happy. Alas, dues to certain...erm...events (incredibly small, but terribly, terribly frustrating), things had to get sorted out. So, with my fingers well and truly crossed, I should finally be releasing the thing end of this week . Woo-Hoo to me!

Anyway, here's a small pic of the actual cast you'll get if you wanted one - I'm done absolutely nothing to it, aside from stick it together

    Hope you like it!

(Hope someone paints it too! I've sold quite a load of the first figure, but only see three painted . And one of them I commissioned! Boo!)

I reckon I'll probably be one of the first to paint this one too

Of course the first thing that pops into mind:
An Axe wielding ballerina singing "I've got a lovely bunch of coconuts!"

    Not sure why tho.

On a more 'professional' note; the abs look off? not stretched out looking? to squareish? and would the skulls would be more swung around to the front? not sure.
One hell of a nice sculpt anyway you look at. Guess that I may have to start a new army now.... :cussing:

I like the figure and see it's potential as a Painting piece, however the Skull castle/footrest is the one area I don't like and would need to remove. However lots of people will like it and hopefully enough to get multiple and continued casts made.
    I agree DR.

The second mini I'm not too impressed by to be honest. The posture is weird. It really looks more like he's dancing than running. Unless he's supposed to be dancing of course. The abs to look off as well.

    He's got fantasy abs

He's fairly customizable though - the skulls, axe and 'dancing leg' (as it'll now be known) are all separate, so you could fiddle around with him quite nicely I reckon.

There have been a fair few people comment on the stance of the guy, and I knew from the beginning it wasn't going to be a united love-in for him! I think when you see him in the flesh (so to speak), you can see how the positioning works much better. He's kind of been caught in mid flow I guess.

As long as there are some folk out there who like him, that's good enough for me. Oh, and I like him just enough too - although he's been a bit of a difficult child

I like the pose, abs are a bit strange though. I think its good to try out some more unusual poses, rather than static and seen it all before type positions. Takes some guts to do it as you know you will be dividing your audience a bit as you have done from all the comments i have read. Maybe if he had something to jump over this would work better as clearly he is meant to be charging and leaping in to smash someone in real bad! I get what you were going for and to me, it doesn't look like he is dancing at all. Me likey.

This definately has more appeal to myself, looks a big improvement on the first miniature which was still good in its own right

I've been attempting to paint him up - probably a bit too quick really, but needs must! Haven't finished yet, but I think he looks suitably annoyed with things

I think he's OK, his abs are fine and incidentally, not fully visible from the front on shot, his torso is twisted in mid swing so the muscles seen from the front view are the Serratus Anterior and External Obliques even if they are a little heroic in proportion
