Default Gangs of Mega City One

Okay I know this is a longshot as the game came out in '05 and has been OOP since around '07 if not sooner, but I was wondering if anyone knew a good place to find Gangs of Mega-City One miniatures? Perferably a Canadian source, if not then at least one that ships to Canada.

I picked up this game back in '07 and was disapointed that it didn't actually come with enough minis to play. Besides not having enough minis to play the game I couldn't find anyone willing to give it a shot. Also, my first daughter was born that year and things have been very busy since (2nd daughter came this year). Recently this game came up when discussing the games we have sitting around that we have never played. In the last few years I have connected with a lot of people in the local gaming community and it seems there is some interst in giving this one a go. The problem now is that no one has minis. Sure we could use 40K minis or something but it would be much cooler to have actual Judges on Lawmasters and actual Fatties rolling around on their bellywheels.

Try Wargamesfoundry. They ship anywhere. (I Think)

Thanks for the quick reply DR.

Do you happen to know if the Foundry minis are 'heroic' scale or whatever they are calling that size (28-30mm) now?

The game was put out by Mongoose Publishing and they used the popular GW sizes for their minis. I worry the foundy ones would be dwarfed by the Mongoose minis. It would be a sad day in Mega-City one when the gangers are bigger then the Judges.

So far I have found this pack of specialist judges and some fairly cheap copies of the game itself that would give me another set of 10 gangers:

I also found a pack of on Thought Hammer but they wanted over $40!?! to ship one pack of minis to Canada:

I think I will be buying the Judges as that seller has a lot of great classic minis and I can get a good deal on shipping.

Close enough to make "no nevermind"

Some of the earlier historical stuff is closer to 25mm but the 2000AD stuff I think is closer to 28mm.
I've got some Foundry figures which are definitely 28mm heroic.

...though from that thread the Foundry ones seem to be held in higher regard

Having done the paintjobs on the two new street judges, I must say, they're not that bad, certainly smooth sculpts and not a bother to paint at all, they are quite large though, about spacemarine sized or even a touch bigger.

    Default Thanks

Thanks for the link to the new minis.

I totally missed that Mongoose is putting out a new Judge Dredd mini game. I even checked the site while looking for Mega City one Miniatures and totally missed the Judge Dredd link right at the top.

It looks like a new game though and appears to be based on some Dragon Age Miniature game. Factions are now Judges, Punks and Ape Gangs, which is a big diff from Gangs. Campaign rules seem secondary making the game more like Warhammer/Hordemachine and less like Mordhiem. Well at least there will be new minis coming out that I can use with the old game.

    Thanks again for the links.

Not really a reply to the thread, just a remark about the ebay link ( http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...=STRK:MEWAX:IT ). I've dealt with that person before and they are great to deal with.

Want to second ded2day. Minis showed up in record time, in perfect condition and they were from within Canada so no customs worries.
