Thanks man! Sold. I found one that has the rules, accessories and 2 or 4 planes. I'll see if my old man is interested. He likes ww2 more than ww1 so maybe that one

Still need some patch fabric around the fins, and the glue needs to dry.
Then it needs a game base, and the observation basket attached. Then painted.

I'm just focusing on the one now - the second one can happen later.

Definitely Trystan, this skeleton plus the SENMM on the cross and letters reminds me of a heavy group music LP cover. I like the effect

Thanks! Every time I look at him, I picture him in Crusader helm and tabard, and Accept's "Teutonic Terror" playing in the background.

glad to see CMON working again.

Anyways, back to our regularly scheduled program.

Picked up a bunch of Malifaux a while ago, but only got around to playing recently.
Figured I should probably have a painted crew.

Pic makes the green look more saturated than it does in person, but still.

Primed the rest of the crew (well not Nekima, or the Freikorp), so as soon as big and smelly here is done I can knock out the tater tots and Lilith.

So, the demon's looking good, coming along nicely. I like the work on his hooves and claws... But what the hell IS up with that monkey peeking out from behind big skellie's loincloth???

    LOL
It's not a monkey, it's a severed head. Though I almost like the monkey idea instead. Like the Wizard of Oz haha

I couldn't help myself. A whole new pile of shinys.
Only catch is since I pledged deluxe, I'll be getting the resin versions of the Pilgrims at some point. So I'm not going to go all out on these ones. Anyways:

Love the Monkey King mini from that set. I sooooo wish I'd had the extra cash for that kickstarter at the time

Thanks! The minis are actually really nice. And they come pre-assembled, which makes for quicker playing. It's a nice little co-op game.

Gold still needs some work, and a lot of the brown is just base coat right now. Was going to freehand the "kimono", but with the resin coming at some point and this being ultimately a game piece I decided against it.

I have also the core game! They did a good job for a first try! The plastic miniatures are nice and highly detailed... I have painted a bull and finishing Zhubajie (pigsy in english), Monkey king is my next victim.
You did a nice job. you will need more highlight to make it less dark unless it is made on purpose!
