Really love that marine Lee.![]()
Spectacular work. I really liked the shot with the near-finished front and the barely-started back, really shows off what you are doing.
Lovely gold there Lee, well Jell of the leet skillz
Good to see what i will be losing to come the 18th![]()
Hell yeah loving that black! Great greens too. The gold really pops too
Hi,
Really nice green indeed!!!
The blue on the shoulders pad works great but I think it works better on the right shoulder (the one with the gun...). Don't know if it happens because on the left one the position of the light spot should be moved or because the light spot has "less blue" on the color transition (I think I can see this on the pic).
Many thanks,
Mariano,
This marine looks awesome, I especially like the "shine" on the black, but is the light spot on the right shoulder going to be hidden by his back pack?
Ah the perils of painting seperately, did this exact thing with the centurion shoulder pad and mechanism underneath, cant see a bit of it![]()
Yeah, the blue looks fantastic on the black. I say just resculpt the backpack. It's everyone's least favorite part anyway.

Ten if that blue is covered by the backpack it is almost but not really as bad as some other peoples mold lines![]()
/K
work is boring when it gets in the way of my painting.
Stupid backpack interfering with ten's great painting. *shakes fist* I think modifying the backpack would be the way to go. I have also made a note of this potential problem for when I'm brave enough to leave my minis partially assembled for painting.

I'm sure you will figure something awesome out, 10.. I have faith..
I'm glad ten. Although now my question is: with the rocket/thruster on the backpack positioned where it is, would the light fall on that part of his pauldron?
