    Default Mass Effect Miniature Match

    Hi CMON,

    I was so inspired playing the mass effect multiplayer, I thought I would develop my own skirmish mass effect game with friends. Right now I am just matching miniatures. Here is what I have come up with

    Format
    ME Unit: Manufacturer/Miniature

    Players
    Alliance Marines (Humans): Infinity(Corvus Belli)/Celestial Guards Yu-Jing
    Quarians: Infinity(Corvus Belli)/ Hassassin Lasiqs Haqqislam
    Turians: Nothing Yet
    Salarian: Nothing Yet
    Krogan: Nothing Yet
    Asari: Infinity(Corvus Belli)/ Speculo Killer Combined Army

    Enemies
    Husks: Zombies / Warpath (Mantic Games)

    Cannibals: I was thinking of something related to GW Nurgle or Warmachine / Bile Thralls Cryx

    Marauders: Nothing Yet

    Ravagers : Nothing Yet

    Banshees : Nothing Yet

    Brute : Nothing Yet

    Assault Trooper : Corporation Marines / Warpath (Mantic Games)

    Centurion : Corporation Marine Rangers / Marpath (Mantic Games)

    Guardian : : Nothing Yet

    Nemesis :: Infinity(Corvus Belli)/ Dasyus Aleph

    Phantom :: Infinity(Corvus Belli)/ Zeros Nomads

    Atlas :: Nothing Yet

    Geth Anything: I have absolutely no clue what miniatures to use for geth!

    Any one out there that also plays Mass Effect? Got Any Suggestions?

    Thanks!

    I would head over to reaper miniatures and look through all the miniatures they carry.

    If anyone was curious, I just ran across these two blogs that have done an awesome job at mass effect miniatures :

    I always thought that WOTC StarWars trade federation droids would make good Geth. Not sure of there are any metal versions but there are definitely plastics from the CMG.

    We wanted to try that sort of thing too when ME2 was released (althought our project would have been more RPG-oriented).
    Indeed, I couldn't help but notice how similar Cerberus' armours are to some Pan'O models ...
    and using Haqqislam for Quarians must be an obvious choice, we came to the same conclusion

    For your geth problem, you could check AT43's Therians, or maybe some of these Aleph Tacbot for the larger ones ... without their heads, and painting a luminous dot at the end of the fixation plot.

    You can find commander Shepard right here, it's the best version I've seen so far

    Infinity is probably going to be your best source of models in general

    You sir are a genius, At43 Therians are definitely conversions I could make, AND they are suuuper cheap now.

    Can't Sheppard look... like pretty much anybody? "My" Shep (played the game for a whole hour at my bro's house) was as close to Danny Trejo as I could manage in the game's character creation module. I guess the key is to match the armour.

    Glad the Therian idea works for you :)

    Quite cool Asari ... I intended to do one from the Speculo Killer ... dropped the project.

    I'll post my Quarian experiments whenever I can finish them ...

    No Such Agency ... Have you ever heard of "the adventures of Ugly Shepard" ? :
