    Default RPG Gamers

Been taking a break from painting to work on some RPG dungeon tiles.

They are mainly used by me in warhammer quest. I've been hosting them all on a site call the lost and the damned' but have now started building my own site for them.

    http://quests-of-legend.weebly.com/index.html

Currently have a few random rooms made, a full cavern set and now working on a dwarven mine set, and a northern wastes set.

Looking to make modern and sci-fi sets too.

Any suggestions or ideas for tiles are always appreciated.

    Cheers

They look good. The only fault I see is that they are very specific tiles. If the dressing was not on the tile and moveable (the coffins in the crypt or the treasure on the island.) they would be much more generic and useful.
But then you get into the problem I have with the D&D cardboard tiles. How to store them and quickly find a piece you're looking for.

It was something I looked at, but instead of smaller item tiles having 3d paper craft items. The general consensus was make the pieces on the tiles themselves. It a hard one to call either many smaller tile pieces or a tile that is always the same in each game.

I was looking at for ease of gaming the look and general rules for the rooms are pre set, just add monsters, traps etc.... some of the other sets have more generic rooms.

These look good. I'm with Airhead though. I have 3 enormous boxes of dungeon tiles and have to pre-sort for the ones I think I'll need prior to table time. I have recently thought that a modified HeroQuest system would be great. Use a bigger board than the original HQ design, but a folding board nonetheless. This occurred to me for 2-reasons:
    1. Lately I have become enamored with the 1-page dungeon model. I like the idea that the dungeon should fit onto a finite space that can be delved in 1-3 sessions, preferably one.
    2. With the HQ model I can use doors and moveable furniture to model any number of random rooms on the one finite board. I'm still playing with the idea, but I have one small box of furniture and a board right now. (lots of minis-but those become fewer depending on the scenario/module)

    I hope this made sense.

Come on gw get on the board game bandwgon and redo it!

And a spankin bloodbowl while you are at it....how hard can it be.

All Cavern tiles have now been added to the downloads section along with the final tile for that set, the Waterfall Room. With a 5 month old and a wife, I only get short moments of time to do anything nowa days.

Will hopefully preview some of the Dwarven Mines and Northen Wastes tiles soon, but looking for ideas for Northen Wastes set.

New downloads added - first of the dungeon doorways, these are paper craft doorways to link tile together. Some will be generic others based on themed tile sets.

First one is "Mine Shaft" doorway. - I'm currently looking at making resin versions.

    Enjoy
