what does NMM mean?

I\'m french and I read this NMM in a lot of comment on this site, but I don\'t know what it mean.

non metal metalics= the use of non metallic paints , instead using normal color paints, shading them just right, so they look like metal reflections, picture chrome on a car or bike as a example. you know where you have like a darker lower half, then a sharp white then fades to blue top half, all painted with normal paints.

its got lots of metal on the chick, thats all shaded all over aka blending. it still looks cool like metal but isnt as flat really.
