Very nice website. I was not aware of this piece. Seems like another great pool for inspiration :-)
And honest congrats to BaM, being listed with the world's masters, well deserved.

Nice writeup on SaintToad's site, BaM! It is awesome to hear your explanations, and to see your work all together on one page is very impressive.

Thanks gorb and thanks Graishak . You guys are golden. I’m working at the moment on two projects-a deathguard for the next tutorial for sainttoad. And my other unit for nova.

These three maniacs are looking great, BAM! Can't wait to see more updates on them and you're making me want to paint something Khorne. I mentioned it on Toad's thread but really enjoyed your article on his site. Excellent insight into color choices and it was inspirational to hear about your hobby voyage as well. Thanks for sharing it with all of us!

very cool BAM, Im liking the muscle tonal variation and the tried and true grit these guys have . . do you think you could get some expressionism into the colours maybe mix in a little cold tones into the highlights or only from one side or bottom up.

Thanks guys and can can thanks muchos-I do have an idea this time for the cool tones there they’ll be introduced into the brass weapons and armor on the front waist. Normally I use both in the skin I do. This time I wanted Khorne to show through in their ragedul faces and flesh.i will however always assess and see if I need a bit in the skin after that fact and make a last minute decision. always thankful for your input cans.it always has been useful in the feedback dept!!!!!

Can’t wait to read your deathguard tute but your Khorne dudes are beginning to really take shape. The skin on Mr. Skullmask is looking fantastic and the Khorne branding on the chest of the guy reaching out is very well done. The way you have added the blood dripping from it looks sweet.

Nice start on these guys BaM! The pale skin and the bright red blood is striking. Can't wait to see where you take this!

    Looks great!

I have to laugh at myself; models that I would have overlooked at my local WH Store, I find myself gravitating towards, after I see what you do with them! Certainly, your work inspires others!

    Keep the updates coming!

Yeah the Khorne mob are vintage BaM territory....whats your plan for Everchosen? or are you keeping it under wraps...?

    Only a month to go!

Hey thanks hair. EVERCHOSEN really put a thorn in my plans. Fact is their was very short time. Illdef be entering but not what I have liked. The open I’ll have a nice collection going in, ever chosen itself... baily said it best if it’s uo to 60 mm then the bigger pieces which I absolutely hate do to how long it takes me will be the ones advancing the furthest . Even a masterpiece 28 mm foot soldier leaves everything to be desired against the 60mm pieces. So I do have a piece still waiting on a few things before finishing up . That’s honestky if they would’ve given a half a year would’ve helped my situation best as right now I’m preparing for golden demon,NIVA open and now EVERCHOSEN. I like the heat but this really made the least sense to me out of all GW antics!!!

BaM has written another outstanding tutorial for ToadChapel, this one on his technique for adding rust patches to armor. This is your chance to watch the King of Weathering at work.
