I finally finished the Mushroom Goblin. He looked so sad, as if his friends didn't invite him along so I put tears in his eyes and named it Left Behind.

Voted! He looks very good, if rather sad
The different textures all give great contrast. How big is the model?

I thought he looked kinda sad too, so I decided to try and emphasize that.

Total height (including base) is about 8 inches.

Congratulations on the awards! Love the sad little goblin...the tears are a very simple but emotive way of adding narrative to your piece. Excellent work.

Scrambling to finish my entry for the Unit/Squad category at the NOVA open in a few weeks. I decided to take a unique approach to painting the GW Guardians. The box art had them painted like ghosts in a blue tone. When I looked at them, they looked like the four seasons. Here is winter and the start of the base for them.

that's a neat idea for this set. That base is cool with the names on it, did it come that way or are you a master with the dremel tool? I really like that tree as well! Can't wait to see summer and spring

The names on the base come from a company in the UK called Versatile Terrain. The custom make them on a 3D resin printer.

Cool, didn't know of that company before. Oh, they are just a glue on plate I thought it was the whole base. Great concept and execution on this. GL at NOVA
