Default SHATTERED EARTH - A Brand New Post-Apocalyptic Skirmish Game

Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know that recently we announced our brand new war game, SHATTERED EARTH. We'll be posting a lot more artwork and details about the rules over the coming weeks and months but, in the meantime, if you have any questions about the game, drop me a line below or visit our Facebook page. Thanks!

Earth, 50 years from now. An unprecedented series of seismic events, gigantic earthquakes, and terrifying volcanic eruptions have reformed the continents into new, unrecognizable shapes. Within a few years, the world became unrecognizable, the continents torn apart and altered in a way that meant life for its remaining inhabitants had irrevocably changed.

As humanity’s survivors form new alliances and fight over scant resources, they must harness the power of Ether, a mysterious and frightening new energy source bleeding into our world from the realm of dreams and nightmares. And they must also deal with the abominations that follow in its wake.

Each player will field around 12 highly-detailed resin miniatures in dynamic skirmish battles, using story-driven scenarios that form part of the larger narrative in this epic saga of mankind’s survival amidst warring factions and terrifying monstrosities.

Gameplay is fast and dynamic, with an innovative shared resource pool and a streamlined dice mechanic that allows for deep strategic play with crunchy tactical options while being easy to learn.

The individual factions play very differently due to their varying aims, technological advancements, and relationships with Ether, from those who use it sparingly and aim to nullify its power to those who fully embrace it and the risks inherent with its unchecked use.

Thanks! We've got plenty more to show over the coming weeks, including the awesome Jormungandr sculpt which we revealed the concept art for during the game's announcement. Also, if you'd like to take part in our Closed Alpha test, sign-ups are currently live on our website.

The mini on your page looks pretty awesome. Not really into games, but it looks like it will be fun to paint.

Thank you! We're looking into releasing some of the miniatures as larger collectors pieces, possibly at 90mm scale, or about three times the size.
