Just received my copy of blood rage. Mostly very please except for the gods of Asgard pack. I seem to have 2 Tyr models and no heimdal. Has anyone else had similar findings?

Just received my copy of blood rage. Mostly very please except for the gods of Asgard pack. I seem to have 2 Tyr models and no heimdal. Has anyone else had similar findings?
Please contact support@cmon.com and we will send you a replacement Heimdall. Sorry about that.
I have the same but opposite issue. I just bought this expansion and received two Heimdall figures and no Tyr.
I have tried contacting support@cmon.com, Facebook, and Twitter for over a week with no response.
Any help would be great.
