    Hi everybody,

    I know the season 3 kickstarter just ended yesterday but I heard that rumor that CMOS will probably wait One additional year with season 4.

    So maybe we can collect some ideas and Wisches for season 4. Maybe some idea will be in the next season.

    Everybody is invertet to share their ideas.

    it would be great if we collect ideas for maps or new kind of Zombies and not just wishes for new exclusive survivors.

    Here Are Somerset of my ideas:


    Shooting zombies.
    Shooting Priority

    Survivors
    shooting walkers
    toxic walkers
    etc

    Shooting Zombies deal per activation one 1 range damage.
    Runners have 2 activations as normal and the abomination has one 2 range damage.

    I played with these Zombies a couple of times and it was a lot of fun but you have to play it with at least the normal Zombies.



    My idea for a new map would be an airport.

    new vehicle could be a truck.
    One Zone per action, deals 2 damage for each 3,4,5 and six. Only 2 seats.

    I create some missions, using miniatures from other games, where the goal is protect harmless survivors helping them to go trough one city block. So for season 4 (or in a little extra box) can be nice have about 12-15 miniatures of child, woman , old man etc. In this mission they move up 2 zone in a turn if escorted by a characters, they have just 1 wound and cannot attack or defend, anyone cause 1 noise.

    That's good idea.

    It reminds me on protect the vip from Counter strike.

    now I don't find the map I create with map editor but the idea is: create a map 3x3, let the character enter by one corner, in the opposite corner put a building of two rooms closed with a barricade and inside 8 survivor then set all the rest. If zombies don't see directly players character's they go toward the survivors cause they produce 8 noise, if characters don't go fast to rescue them one extra activation will come and the barricade will be destroyed.
    A single characters can lead all 8 survivors but remember, don't matter how many action do you have they will move only 2 zones in a single players turn.
    Try to save them bringing them back in the zone the players starts.

    This is a very simple example of this kind of maps, you can add more variants like limited search in any building and some cars, you start from the upper right corner and the survivors to rescue are in the left lower corner, you must go to get them and come back to the exit where you just enter or start in the center upper zone and have two different group to rescue in left and right lower corner, any "refuge" is protect by one barricade

    If they will create a "season 4" (and I hope so) I don't think a new kind of zombie will be a great idea,: normal,berserker,skinner, toxic and seeker are more than enough and add more just add complexity and not fun.
    So what can be add? Maybe a new tipology like crawler, maybe they did the wrong move adding skinner and make only them spawn crawler. Having toxic crawler, berserker crawler and normal crawler maybe was the right move.
    Animals was fun, dogz and crowz is ok, ratz can be natural "next ones".
    So, what in season 4? IMHO a good move can be add "BOSS" zombie, A-Bomb was a good move, Lost was a good idea and I don't think is hard think about 5-6 boss zombie, anyone come with 4 spawn card (one for any level).
    Look at the movie like "warm bodies", flayed zombie can be a good idea. They look like a middle way beetween zombies and skeleton, have 1 activation and usually move 1 zone but if they are at start of the turn away 2(or 1) zone from survivor in straight line of sight they "JUMP". With jump action they move up 2 zones and attack. Nasty no? A bit less dangerous than dogz, more dangerous than runners but slower to reach the survivors.
    So season 4 (or one expansion) can have survivors, rats, flayed, 4-6 bosses, harmell survivors to be saved, 9 tiles and so on....

    i really think that they need a new kind of zombie for a next season. they want to sell big boxes and everybody wants more and more zombies.
    but I know your point. Playing with too many kinds of zombies is (for me) not the best way to play zombicide. But new zombies will give you a new variety.

    Let us just collect the ideas.

    here is another type of zombie.

    radioactive zombies

    move only every sexond zombie turn.
    abomination moves every turn.
    if you kill an abomination he splits into 2 fatties. if you kill a fattie he will splitt into two walker.
    walkers and runners get killed normally.

    idea for a map

    nuclear power station.
    you could have radioactive zones where you receive a wound when you end up your turn on this zone.
    equipment cards could be a lead vest or iodized salt
    normal zombies become radioactive zombies when they end their turn on such zones

    Oh great idea, radioactive zombies is a classic and I forget them,nuclear plant is a good map too. Mmmm I don't like the idea of splitting zombies and the strenght point of zombicide is semplicity,keep in mind who have moved and who not (think when in a zone you have zombie who have to move and zombies who have to wait) is too hard to manage for a fast thinking game like zombicide, but "radioactive" is good idea.
    Well radioactive zombies can be the answer against the most powerfull player skill "slippery", radioactive zombies are like normal ones (walker,fatty,runner and abo) but be in the same zone or just pass by a zone with at least 4 walker cause a damage for the bystander(or pass by) character- Fatty count as 2 walker and abo as 4 walker for the count.
    Additional equipment "anti rad gear", anti rad gear protect from radiation but if a char is wounded anti rad gear must be the discarded equipment (cause is easy to be damaged)

    okay understand your point
    how about this.

    just the abomination splitts after he gets killed into 2 fatties.
    after the zombies turn each survivor gets one wound if he is in the same zone with one or a group of radioactiv zombies because of the radioactivity.
    anti rad gear or lead vest can prevent that damage.
    the problem is that these zombies are too strong so that is why I think 1 activation per turn is too heavy. but i know what you mean, that this could be problematic.
    how about moving them every even turn doesn't matter when they enter the board. that could work.

    your slippery point as an fantastic idea

    Hahaha you sure love pink horror, ok I still have some resistence about splitting zombies but hey!! you gave me a grat idea, hear this!!
    Boss Zombies "the infected 0": that boss is like one abomination, require strenght 3 weapon to be killed and give 5 xp. Have 1 activation any round and move just 1 zone but.... (roll of drums) the dead rise around him so the Boss himself is a spawn point. At the spawn phase of zombies draw one additiona card for the boss and place the miniatures in his zone to rappresent dead bodies reanimated by his presence.

    Personally, I want them to slow down. Release just an expansion next year, not a full game. With Kickstarter exclusives, I have more survivors than I know what to do with. The same goes for dice. I also want them to be done with Kickstarter. They have made enough capital from the first three seasons, and the game has enough presence that it is time to let it stand on its own.

    I'm thinking a run down church or cathedral complete with a grave yard.

    The graveyard spawns grabbers which are zombie hands and torsos that try to pull survivors under. After 2 turns these become the rotten which are very decomposed skeleton zombies that can either wound or make you sick causing -1 movement action (eg 4 usable actions could only be used for 3 movement and the effect can stack if you are infected with sickness more than once.) this would be determined by a dice roll.

    Crazy human fanatics live in the church that can shoot at other survivors. They either fire once as an action or reload as their action if they fired last turn. They have a pistol or shotgun version.

    A Hearse vehicle can hold more survivors.

    survivors can hide in coffins removing their noise to lure zombies away from them.

    "grabbers" sound very good, they spawn in random zone and don't move, don't have any activation but noone even with slippery can leave a zone where grabbers are present. You can kill them shootin or in melee attack but is after dogz in shooting priority.
    Handz don't wound you but keep you blocked ... yes I like the idea, you can have plastic base with 3 or 4 hands raising from the ground

    It's certainly getting there. I think it would be a cool idea. Especially if mission objectives have you going into the graveyard. They could have you dig up supplies or a corpse that has a key etc.

    Amusement park sounds very good..
    I paint 18 walker to become flayed and I use dogz spawn card (spanish ones) as flayed spawn card, I test them in a simple mission and they are very very cool.
    Later I add all rules for flayed

    here is another map idea

    an unibersity or a high school.
    runner could be football player or basketball player etc.


    anf a weapon idea for the nuclear power station

    weapongraded uranium...
    could be used to build bomb with another item
