Second Tide Rulebook

Hi there

I've had rum and bones season 1 and a friend of mine backed the kickstarter so I bought the season 1 upgrade pack and an extra team :-D

However I noticed there is no new rulebook/set in the upgrade pack so I wanted to know is there a copy of the rulebook anywhere for us to use who just have season 1?

Also any idea when the second Tide box will be at retail?
