What if I find OLD spam lurking in old threads?

I know to report fresh spam posts when I run across them.

But what about old spam that’s been lurking around fossilizing for years?

I cannot help but feel that both the posts on page two of this thread are spam:

However, they are going on four years old.

Should I report things like that if and when I find them?

Please yes just report them, We mods don’t get every thing ALL the time, so catching out that there’s a sneaky git hiding somewhere is interesting.
