Adding the Hound to Mountains men

The Hounds special ability grants Vicious when activated -2 to defenders panic test, If I add him to the Mountains men which already has Vicious and use Hounds Fury does this stack and become a -4 to the panic check?

Unfortunately, no. Abilities and effects with the same title do not stack.

Since they are both “Vicious”, there would be no stacking. However, if one of them was called something different, but provided the same or similar effect, then they would stack.

I noticed in the Lannister FAQ document the hound now only has the ability 'Cut them down!' But if you look at the printer friendly cards file, he's not on there. So has he changed or is he still give his unit +1 to hit with vicious doing D3 wounds to his unit?

The app and the FAQ are correct - he just has "Cut Them Down"
