Default Game Mode: A Feast for Crows

    Hi,

Player A controls a unit holding the objective token with a unit that COVERS whole corpse pile
Player B goes into Melee Action with it
Player A fails a panic test during its resolution - it transfers the token to player B immidietly
Player B ends his Melee Attack controling the token, ergo triggers the scenario rule below:

If a unit Controlling an Objective ends an Action not touching
its linked Corpse Pile, it drops the token. Your opponent places
the token anywhere touching its linked Corpse Pile.

Does Player A regains the control of the token, since he is the only 'legal' place to put it since he covers that corpse pile?

    Mode rules reads :
A unit ending a move with any part of its tray on an Objective token Claims it

Since you didn't fulfill those doncitions (and they are the only way to control an objective token), you don't claim it.

As stated above, you have to end a move to fulfill that criteria of picking up the token. Just being where it is won't do anything.
