Does Commander's affiliation create the same affiliation from the commander to the attached unit? So can Benjen cards that target only Ranger units also target a unit with Satin as an attachment?

Not super clear from the text in my opinion..
Vassal says that Satin counts as Jon Snow for tactics cards. That's all it does. It doesn't give his unit any of Jon's Abilities.
