Question:
can i target a friendly unit with MY ncu or MY tactic zone? ( not order because is clearly only ENEMY order) and then perform a morale test to cancel it?
(i might want to use it in order to trigger faith tokens or other tactic cards such as "Valiant Example")
or are also NCU and Tactics intended to be " enemy"?

In English this would technically be ambiguous but I'm pretty confident that it has to be enemy.
