Howdy all - I am trying very hard to get in touch with someone from the Coolminiornot Store. I placed an order and received it about 2 weeks ago - however, it was short two items. I sent several emails to the email address from which I received my electronic invoice, and I\'ve also used the \"contact us\" button in the store to send emails as well, and still have not received any reply.
Does anyone have any suggestions for contacting these folks?

I\'ve had three orders with CMON, the first two were short but the third had everything and the missingitem from order number two and the cash was refunded from order number one.
All in all I\'d say I was dissapointed at the time, but they did make good eventually. I\'m sure they\'ll help you out!
Borg is the user name of the guy who runs the shop I believe. He answered my PM\'s in the instances of my problems anyway.
Leaving this further response here since I don\'t think you\'re receiving my emails - I\'ve emailed a couple more times without any reply from you.
I finally received the second package you sent, yet there was still an item missing (the pack of bases).
Can you tell me when I\'ll receive them, or a refund? It\'s closing in on a month since I placed the order and I\'m ok with looking for them elsewhere after I receive a refund.
So you had time to move my message, but not respond to the post or email?
I'd really like a response pretty soon, otherwise I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company about this purchase.
A simple refund for the amount of the product I ordered would suffice, or even better, to actually receive the product I ordered (and paid for) over a month and a half a go would be cool. I received your auto-mail sales ad saying that you had received a massive restock of the company's product that I ordered.
More than anything, some sort of response would be good. The communication effort on CMON's part during this entire process has been pretty terrible.
The store and the rest of the site are two separate things really. Another moderator probably moved the thread and none of us have anything to do with the store. Borg runs the store and I will point him in this direction.
I did email you on couple of occassions. We have communicated before, not sure why you would have not received my latest correspondence.
We did get a few big restocks from the company that your item was missing from, but that particular item was always out of stock as it is right now in the shop. It was never a problem before getting that item, I thought it would have been easy to fix that problem. I have issued you the refund. Sorry about the delay.
Yeah, It was only until the mods pinged me to this thread, I don't come to the forum often, so I did not know that you did not get my mail.
Again, sorry about that. This kind of problem does not happen often as we have live inventory. But when items go missing and we are out of stock, some of these smaller foriegn companies can be slow to resupply at times. Thank you again for understanding.
