Thanks all, I think that this sculpt from the Space Hulk set has captured alot of peoples imagination and therefore is the current flavour of the month. I think apart from the fact that I have always loved Space Hulk as a game this is one of the models that made it a must have set for me.
Painting is great as always mate, but the pinky purple gems just don't work for me at all, not enough contrast, and they look like rhinestones, would be a lot better in a green, blue or tealy tone imo.
just a question, for my own sake. what color did you used to paint the tissu/robe?
I'm always struggling to get that effect, the exact one you managed to perform. If you don't mind sharing a bit of skills...
