i was recently asked to do some terrain by the guys at "BEASTS OF WAR" a fairly new model/mini site. i then proceeded to build a dawn of war themed command bunker along with wall sections and force field generator pylons, all interchangable. this particular model wasnt what the boys were looking for, they were interested in a more gothic theme'd bunker/wall complex which i am currently constructing. i posted pictures on the coolmini gallery of my previous i/g dow theme'd bunker and recieved several request so far for the model were i to think of moulding the componants im just not sure if there would be much more of a demand for this work to justify moulding it so im looking for input, pull no punches let me know what you think.http:// http:// http:// http:// http:// http:// http:// http://
unfortunatly this is the final result i destroyed it shortly after the pictures were taken i just want to know if its worth resurrecting for sale purposes, cheers tho
i needed the plasticard for the mk 2 bunker which is under construction. before i disassembled it i took all the measurements required to re create it. just wondering if its commercially viable to do soalso plasticard is a new element for me and its just so easy to create stuff any stuff but not when you're under the gun and your local suppliers out of stock
It looks really great, but not somethign I'd buy. Its just too flat for me and not exactly my style. I like the 'wall thingy's':P I forgot how they are called.

that was one of the fall downs for the model initially to hard to paint large flat areas they look too plain the new bunker is fiddly in the extreme real gothic style i think ill post some pics in the wip forum cheers for the candid input
I think it looks great, but look for some textured spray paint and give it a coat before molding..It will make it look more like concrete when painted. Give some tooth for dry brushing.

That's a neat trick. I'll have to remember that!
