I then shade with pure dark angels green. The mix is the same as the catachan meaning 2 parts water, 1 part paint, 1 drop brush on sealer. I shaded the areas that I base coated with pure catachan the most since they will be much darker than other areas. The gauntlet shows off the shading the best I think.

I then shaded with previous mix with a little liche purple added to it. Always trying to work deeper in the recesses and making sure that some of the previous shaded layers are showing through. I also just work the color until I reach an opaqueness that I am satisfied with.

The last shade is the previous mix with a little bit of black added. Again painted until I am satisfied with how it looks and also painted in a smaller area than the previous mix.

Absolutely stunning. The Highlights in the last pictures are amazing. I would love to see the model fully painted. I am currently considering of starting a nurgle chaos marine army. And this method would make my chaos marines really stand out and make my friends jealous

That looks so good! Definitely higher than tabletop quality I must say. Thanks!
