Friday, 24 May

Welcome back everyone! We're here today with some exciting news: our May releases are now available! We've got quite a lot this month, and we're excited for them to start hitting tables. A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game has a whopping six new box sets. There's everything from the Stark Heroes #2 box to the Lannister's getting both a Heroes Box #2 and the Warrior's Sons. The Free Folk also have a pair of sets with the Cave Dweller Savages and the Trappers. The Night's Watch isn't left out in the cold, as they have their new Conscripts box.

CMON Play retailers can also pick up the new Game Night Kit #2, filled with awesome, exclusive figures so they have an amazing night of gaming fun right in their shop.

For those looking for a new board game the whole family can enjoy, look no further than Wacky Races: The Board Game, also available this month. Jump behind the wheel of your favorite car and race to the finish. Just be on the lookout for Dick Dastardly and the malevolent Muttley. They're setting traps out on the track for unwary drivers.

And while the webstore might still be closed, we hope to be reopening in August. Until then, simply follow this link for a whole host of places that you can buy these sets in the meantime.

We'll see you later for more great releases!

Friday, 22 February

February is almost at an end. That means it's time to get you the new releases for the month. This time around, we have four releases for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. The Free Folk get a pair of new units. The Night's Watch has a new mini-siege weapon. And House Stark gets a new set of scouts. Let's take a look at each.

Beginning with the Free Folk, we have the Free Folk Raiders. They're a rather inexpensive unit to field, coming in at only 3 points. They might not have the strongest stats, but what they lack in power, they make up for in numbers.

At the other end of the points (and height) spectrum, we have the Savage Giants. These massive brutes form a perfect center to any Free Folk battle line.

The Night's Watch comes to the table with their new Builder Scorpion Crew. This miniature ballista can either decimate ranks of troops or punch through armor like it wasn't there, depending on which type of shot you choose. Just don't let the enemy get too close.

Finishing things out, House Stark has the Crannogman Trackers. These highly-mobile scouts can easily make their way to an enemy's flanks, where they can rain down arrows on their unsuspecting foes.

That's what we have for you this month. Commanders all over Westeros will be looking to add these new units to their armies as well as finding strategies for dealing with them in opponent's ranks. Come back next month for more great releases.

Friday, 25 January

Welcome to 2019! We're back from our holiday break and we've got a whole set of new releases for you. Starting off, we have a brand new faction for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Everyone in Westeros knows that there are people that live north of The Wall. They call this ragtag group the Wildings. However, they call themselves the Free Folk, and they've decided to make their way south to more fertile pastures. Their starter set, along with the Spearwives unit box are both available. For those that want a new board game to try out, you can pick up Victorian Masterminds. Sherlock Holmes is missing and the world's ne'er-do-wells have seized the opportunity to launch their plans to take over the world!

To begin with, we have the Free Folk Starter Set for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game.

To bulk up your forces, you can also pick up the Spearwives Unit Box.

And rounding things off, there's Victorian Masterminds.

All of us here hope that you have had a wonderful start to 2019. Come back next month for even more great new releases!

Friday, 26 October

Hey there boys and ghouls, we have a whole stack of treats available for you now over in our webshop. This month's releases include new versions of Blue Moon City and Potion Explosion. There's also a whole candy bag full of releases for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Let's look into our treat bag and see what we've got.

In Blue Moon City, players are trying to rebuild after a long war. In the end, only one can claim to have done the most and get the title of leader in this new era of peace.

The sorcery school has gotten a facelift in Potion Explosion 2nd Edition. The game contains a new plastic marble dispenser that integrates a storage tray to keep everything together between games.

The wealth of the Lannisters lets them fund research into all manner of war materiel. The Pyromancers are some of the results of that work, and they're really going to change tactics on the battlefields of Westeros for a long time to come.

If a good murder makes a good soldier, the Mountain's Men are some of the best soldiers you can find. They revel in slaughter and destruction, and they're happy to have an outlet for their homicidal tendencies.

House Umber has long had ties with House Stark. Now, in the War of the Five Kings, they have taken up arms and headed with their battle brothers to fight the foes of the Direwolf. Chief among those going are the Umber Berserkers, whose thirst for combat knows no equal.

House Umber's other major contribution to the battlefield are the mighty Umber Greataxes. They can cleave man and beast in two with just a single swing of their signature weapon.

House Bolton will gladly sell their services to anyone wiling to pay. Their Cutthroats gleefully attack anyone that stands in their way.

Dogs have been used for centuries to hunt food. The Boltons have trained their dogs to hunt humans out on the battlefield. The Bastard's Girls will harass and attack any foe on the battlefield.

The Flayed Men are the most heavily armored cavalry in all of Westeros. Only the strongest blows from a dedicated foe can even do so much as scratch their black-lacquered armor.

That's all for this month. Don't let the latest releases scare you. After all, it's only a game!

Friday, 28 September

It's a new season, as Autumn rolls across the land. We greet it here with a host of new releases in our webshop. We start out in a crime-infested New York, where the police are incapable or unwilling to stop the crime wave, so regular citizens must take it upon themselves to make things right. After that, we head to the fields of Westeros, where the Starks and Lannisters vie for dominance of the Iron Throne.

Beginning out, we have Kick-Ass: The Board Game, based on the comic by Mark Millar and illustrated by John Romita Jr. Take on the role of costumed vigilante and stop the villain's nasty plot to take over or destroy New York City.

From there, we move to the fields of Westeros, as nine new unit boxes are now available for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. We'll start with the noble Starks of Winterfell.

Leading things off is the Stark Heroes Box #1.

We follow that up with the Stark Sworn Swords.

Next come the Tully Sworn Shields.

And we finish with the Stark Bowmen.

Across the field of battle stands the Lannisters, decked out in their signature red. We begin their releases with Lannister Heroes #1.

Thundering across the battlefield next are the Knights of Casterly Rock.

Providing further support are the Lannister Guardsmen.

And loosing a hail of crossbow bolts are the Lannister Crossbowmen.

Finally, there are those that pay no fealty to any house, and instead go where their whims may take them. They're the Neutral Heroes 1.

That's what we have for you this month. Head to the webshop and pick up yours now.

Friday, 31 August

As the month comes to a close, we've got a new set of releases available for you. There's a pair of Zombicide expansions, a new family fun board game, and the first of our brand new miniatures line for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. Let's check 'em out.

Starting off, there's the Stark vs. Lannister 2-player Starter Set for the A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game.

Up next, we've got Friends and Foes that brings in new Survivors, Compansions, and the Tainted Zombies.

Then there's No Rest for the Wicked, where players will face off against Rat Swarmz, Ethereal Zombies, and the dreaded Zombie Dragon.

Finally, Gizmos, where players are trying to create the greatest machine of them all.

Friday, 25 May

May may be just about over, but there's still time to pick up our latest releases in our webstore.

Starting out, we have Dragon Castle, where players are looking to construct their own castle out of the ruins of the previous one, hoping to draw the Celestial Dragon there to live.

Up next is Council of 4, which sees players trying to create a trading empire across the land. However, to get the permits needed to set up shop, they'll have to appease the councils in charge of the different parts of the kingdom.

Last, but certainly not least, in Way of the Panda, ninjas have long ruled the ancestral panda lands. The Emperor has decided it's time to clean them up, and the various panda clans are fighting over who can clean up and rebuild the most.

That's what we've got for you this month. Check all of these great titles out now.

Friday, 27 April

We've got quite a set of releases for you this month. Two new core boxes are available, including the latest Zombicide release. Then, two very popular games have their first expansion sets.

We start out with Green Horde, the new core box for Zombicide: Black Plague.

Next, step onto the dark and rainy streets of steampunk London in The World of SMOG: Rise of Moloch.

The first of our two expansion sets is The Hunter's Nightmare, which gives Hunter's new options and challenges in Bloodborne: The Card Game.

And last, but certainly not least, head to Renaissance Italy and look to prove your family is the best in Lorenzo il Magnifico: Houses of Renaissance.

All of these are available in our webshop now.

As April comes to a close, it's time for a new batch of Dark Age releases. Toxic Cult makes an appearance, along with some Brood and Outcasts. Let's take a look.

Starting off, get all your poisons and acids and other nasty stuff with the Toxic Cult Faction Box:

We then move on to a classic favorite in a new box, the Skarrd Juggernaut.

Skarrd finishes up with another classic, the Buzzblades.

Outcasts have their own big ones coming to the field with the Brute Reinforcement box.

We end with another old favorite, the Brood Swarm Numbskull.

Friday, 30 March

As March comes to an end, it's a new beginning in Japan. The Kami have decided a new Clan shall be in charge, but only one that proves itself worthy of such a task. The Rising Sun core game, as well as several expansions are available now. Along with that, we have six new Wrath of Kings box sets you can pick up now.

We start out with the Rising Sun core box:

Next, the Kami take a more direct role in the affairs of men in Kami Unbound:

Then, two more clans try to prove they have what it takes to rule Japan in Dynasty Invasion:

Finally, even more mythical creatures can join your Clan in the Monster Pack:

Next, we get into the Wrath of Kings releases. Starting out, for House Goritsi, we have the Whitemane Duelists:

As well as the Gotha Knights:

Meanwhile, House Nasier is now able to field the Firehawk Reavers:

And the Izari Warhounds:

And wrapping things up, House Shael Han gets the Dragon Lancers:

And the Paragons of Wrath:
