Shipping outside the USA or Canada will automatically add $7 per book to your total (sorry, shipping a 1.5 pound book is expensive, about $15). Books will be shipped in their own corrugated liner. Normal flat rate shipping fees also apply, so if you purchase one book it will be shipping + handling + additional CMON Annual shipping if you are ordering outside the USA or Canada ($14). If you buy 2 or more books, or buy the annual with miniatures, you will save more on shipping.
